Employers can create a branded company profile page that includes their logo, company information, website, images, videos, and all active jobs posted. This can be a useful tool to attract more applicants.

Applicant Tracking
Our “kanban” style board simplifies the categorization of applications by hiring status. This tool surfaces candidate information, contact applicants, and insert notes for each application.

Searching candidates by profiles & resumes
Our smart keyword search system carefully scans each candidate’s profile and each listing for the right keywords, enabling you to always find the best candidates.

Job Alerts
Alerts allow for automated emails to be sent with
specific and customized job postings. When new jobs match the set criteria, our system sends an email alert with relevant offers straight to their inbox.

A Program Guide (Job Fair-in-a-Book) is emailed to all job seekers immediately following each event. These guides have detailed information regarding all Exhibitors in each event.  To drive the most qualified attendees to your booth we will publicize the key hiring/recruiting needs for each exhibitor. This can include job titles/degrees, RN’s, Physical Therapist’s, PSW’s etc., New Grad vs. 1 or 2 years’ experience needed, Citizenship or Residency requirements etc.

Do Exhibitors get access to the Attendee Registration Database?2020-02-06T22:24:10-05:00

Every Exhibitor gets a copy of every registered Attendee to follow-up with every job seeker after the Healthcare Career Fair.

Attendee Database – Limited Use: Exhibitors in good standing and who have paid their invoice in full will be given a copy of the attendee database within a few days of the Fairs conclusion and agree to the following restrictions. 1- The sale, distribution, or sharing of any attendee database, given by The Marskell Group LLC, by any means is strictly prohibited. 2. – Attendee solicitation, by any means, is limited to 2 (two) occurrences within the first 60 days of the Fair. An additional 2 (two) occurrences are allowed after 60 days but within 270 days (9 months) of the Fair. A $1,000 fee will be assessed each any additional use. E-Blasts sent by The Marskell Group LLC does not count against the above limits.

8’x10’ Exhibit Booth with pipe and drape, a 6’ table, 2 chairs, a customized sign, 2 lunch tickets each day and free WiFi access. Double Booths are available for an additional fee.

Access to the exclusive database of registered attendees, 12 free postings on our Job Board, private interview areas available onsite and tons of extras!!!

Shipping information: How do we ship things to the career fair?2020-01-30T20:56:59-05:00

The Marskell Group, LLC does NOT provide shipping services. We are not affiliated with nor do we partner with any particular shipping company.


  • Attending both Vancouver & Toronto? We suggest that you ship materials separately to each and, perhaps, carry a display on the plane between shows or something similar.
  • If you are shipping from the United States, there could be Customs delays
  • We recommend using smaller displays in your booth to minimize shipping costs and potential delays
  • Please discuss your timing needs carefully with your shipper. It’s important for your shipping vendor to understand exactly when your shipment(s) should be available back in your office.
  • It’s often helpful to have zip ties, tape or other packing materials available onsite. We have very limited access within the hotels.
  • Please note: If you are shipping on your own, please take into account possible customs delays and hotel storage restrictions.

Do Exhibitors get ID badges? How do we get our ID badges?2020-01-30T21:00:03-05:00

Booth Attendee & Badge Information
Registration includes two (2) Exhibitor Booth Attendee passes. Names of those attending are required for each city you are participating in so we can provide name tags. PLEASE INCLUDE NAME, TITLE, MOBILE PHONE & E-MAIL ADDRESS. This information will not be shared publicly and is for our internal use only. If you need additional passes, there is a $150 per additional pass in Toronto.

If you haven’t finalized who is attended, that’s ok. You can change that information as we go. Please do not delay submitting other information while waiting for exhibitor badge details.

In Toronto, a light breakfast and a buffet lunch are supplied by The Marskell Group. Please advise of any dietary concerns.

Can we choose the location of our booth(s)?2020-01-30T21:03:04-05:00

Booth Location
Booth locations are assigned based on the Exhibit Hall layout, attendee traffic flow, direct competitors, sponsorship level and other considerations at the sole discretion of The Marskell Group. We do our very best to accommodate special requests based on availability. Please send your special request to Corey Backstrom at corey@marskell.com.

Do Exhibitors get custom signage for our booth(s)?2020-01-30T21:02:32-05:00

Exhibit Booth Sign
Signs measuring 3.5 feet wide by 8 inches high are supplied to each exhibiting organization. Two lines of text are printed on the sign and hung above every booth. You decide what you would like printed but it is suggested the facility name is present on the top line and the location of the facility on the second line. It is also recommended that each line is kept to 30 characters or less to keep the font size from being reduced.
